Peruse the video course and educational material at your own pace, but make sure you have a notebook handy though, there is a lot of information packed in the videos! We also conduct Zoom calls multiple times per month for everyone to check in on their goals.

This platform is easy to navigate to different communities, chats, topics and courses to increase my knowledge. This introduction to the course on Conscious Strength’s Nutrition & Supplement as taught by the founder, Jordan Sather, gives me a complete overview of what I will be taught as well as putting it into action. Jordan shares his background which is a wealth of knowledge leading his students to trust his experiences. I look forward to the depth of teaching and discussion moving forward.

All you have to do is sign up and log in! Skool is super easy to use, intuitive, and you can use it on your desktop or with an app mobile device.

Skool is a new platform that’s less than a year old - it combines the function of video courses with a community element, something other video course websites like Teachable and Kajabi don’t have!

At the moment, I have video courses on Diet/Nutrition, Entrepreneurship, and defending against Psy-Ops available. I will constantly be adding more courses and videos, plus you can request videos on specific topics that you want to see.
Plus there are other users in the group that will be sharing their own perspectives and research, too. Lots of learning! -
